We want to make sure you understand how much we appreciate your business and the new customers you send our way. We know that the best advertising is “word of mouth” and we have always appreciated referrals from our existing customers.  We are pleased to announce that we will now reward you for telling your friends, family, and acquaintances about DakotaPro’s residential services.  Not only will you get a $60 credit on your account, so will your referred customer!  You both win! The referral program is easy and we are committed to make it worth effortlessly on your behalf.  The details of the new program are listed below.
  1. Your Internet account must be active and in good standing.
  2. The customer you recommend must provide us with your name during the initial account set up in order for you to receive the referral credit (i.e. cannot be added later)
  3. Referral must be to a NEW or FORMER customer to DakotaPro (not existing)
  4. New Customer must choose a minimum of a 12-mos service plan
  5. The credit will be applied to both accounts once payment for the first invoice for monthly service has been received from the new customer.  Note: This may take up to 60 days, depending on timing.  
  6. There are no limits to the number of referral credits you can receive.
  7. We will send you a confirmation email when we receive a referral from you.

Q: How does this work?
A:  We want you to share with your friends the (hopefully excellent) service that you receive from DakotaPro.  After they become DakotaPro customers as well, you will BOTH receive a one-time $60 credit on account.   Note that to receive the referral credit, we MUST know of the referral up front, PRIOR to setting up the referred customer in our system.  

Q: How will I know I got credit for a referral?
A:  We will send you an email, outlining the details of the referral as soon as it is activated in our system (i.e. DakotaPro has received payment for the first invoice for monthly service from the new customer). 

Q: When exactly should we expect to see the credit?
A:  It depends on when the new customer pays their first invoice for monthly services.  It could be up to 60 days after they get their new service installed.
